As your Consultant, we:
Provide proactive communication and a timely response to all calls.
Advise you of ongoing claims and provide regular review of your claims experience.
Analyse and negotiate with the incumbent carrier to ensure rate validity at renewal.
Negotiate renewals and present recommendations 30 days in advance of policy renewal dates.
Help employers and their employees understand the importance of claims management through assisted employee communiqués and educational seminars.
Handle unusual claim situations and aid in negotiating a mutually satisfactory settlement.
Keep you abreast of new legislation and products as they become available.


As your Broker, we:
Represent and negotiate on your behalf with insurance carriers during the initial marketing of your program.
Provide advice on coverage, design, rates, deductibles, contractual provisions, claims handling, service capabilities and insurer selection.
Represent and negotiate the yearly renewal premium with your insurer on your behalf.
Provide Risk Management Services as required.
Meet with senior management, at your request, to discuss aspects of your insurance program and account service.
Know your time is valuable and ensure we are sensitive to that when gathering information and handling claims.
Provide annual claims reports, if requested.
Conduct a triennial market survey (more often if required).
Keep you abreast of current trends and developments in the general insurance field.
Ensure your policy continues to align with your corporate philosophy as it relates to Risk Management.
Maintain affiliations within the United States.
