Alfred has been involved in the insurance industry since
1976. In May 1988, he joined his brother Rick Rampado
in founding TRG Insurance Brokers, starting out with just
one other employee at the time and watching the company
flourish over the next decade. In addition to his Registered
Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) and Life Insurance
Broker licences, Alfred is also licensed to serve in New
York State and Quebec. He is past-president of the Niagara
Falls Broker Association and currently sits on several
community charity boards.

Rick entered the insurance industry in 1982, after obtaining
a Bachelor of Honours in Business Administration from
Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario. He later
founded TRG with his brother Alfred in May 1988 Rick is
currently active with the Niagara Falls Broker Association
where he has also served as past-president.

With more than 17 years' experience in the Commercial
Insurance industry, Brenda is uniquely qualified to oversee
TRG's large, multinational accounts. She joined the company
in 1988 as a specialist in Surety and Miscellaneous bonding,
gaining valuable experience in the commercial field.

Guy joined TRG in 1994 after spending nine years as an Investment Advisor in the Financial Services industry. In addition to holding his Life Insurance licence, Guy is a *Mutual Funds Account Representative and Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO). Guy specializes in Employee Benefits and Corporate Insurance, including Buy/Sell Agreements, Key-Person Protection and Disability Insurance. His personalized solutions have proven effective in helping clients to protect themselves and their employees while effectively controlling costs.

Tracey began her career at TRG in April, 1995, initially
serving as a New Business clerk and later moving into
Customer Service where she acquired the expertise to carry
her forward into the role of Supervisor. As Supervisor,
Tracey oversees the day-to-day operations of our Personal
Lines customer service and sales, ensuring no detail is
overlooked. She holds her Registered Insurance Broker
of Ontario (RIBO) licence.

Upon obtaining her Art degree Joanna continued her education
and graduated from University with honours in Business
Administration. She also has a Diploma in Business Communications
enhancing her skills in both written and oral communication.
In combining her Administrative/Leadership skills in her
present position as Director / Human Resources, she has
an understanding and working knowledge in forming a positive
relationship between Management and Staff
